Also, Private Invite games means you must PM Team Captain for permission to attend. You must include your Name, Age, Location, & Equipment owned and used including color of uniform.

 

Please note that all players under the age of 18 must fill out a release form and have it signed by your parent or legal guardian. The completed form will be required before allowing you to play. Also, you must have ANSI approved eye protection.
